Headlands Distilling Co. started from humble beginnings. Combining the skills of a Chemical Engineer, PhD in Agribusiness, PhD in Science and an MBA, we set to work establishing Wollongong's first distillery.

As a company passionate about producing premium quality spirits, Headlands has an unwavering commitment to utilising the highest quality Australian grown grain, sourced from the fertile Riverina region. Our partnerships with the farmers allow us to trace the grain we use back to the paddocks where they were grown. We are excited to share our passion for making boutique spirits and look forward to sharing our journey with the community.
