Caught up with friends for lunch and ordered the same thing (I was actually 20 seconds before him at the register)... after my friends lunch came, he ate it and after another 15-20min I went to ask about my lunch and explained that I had ordered the same meal and the guy looked for my number but couldn't find it... then pretended to finally see it and said o yeh another 5-10min...
After another 20min we called a waiter and he went to ask but with empty looks from the guys behind the counter...
The waiter then came back to us and said they're gonna start it NOW...
Absolutely terrible service. I just had enough and asked for a refund. The lady was so rude and so was the main guy behind the counter.
It was the second time I've been there, but most def the last...
I know it was busy and things do happen and things get lost or misplaced, I'd accept that with some honesty, but straight out b#@%shit isn't on...
