I've been seeing Dr April for about 6 months now. In that time not only have I had dramatically reduced pain in my lower back, beck and shoulders but I've also been able to physically see my changes with the xrays that are performed to monitor progress. Being able to see and feel the changes really makes me confident that I've chosen the right chiropractor for my needs. I have been seeing Health in Hands for a fair while now, with steady progress the whole time. The results I have seen in this time have been wide ranging, but the most noticeable has been a greatly improved posture and reduced neck and shoulder pain (which used to be at the point of driving me insane), and this is easily seen in the measurements and x-rays taken regularly. The changes haven't been fast but they have been steady, with these changes long lasting rather than providing temporary relief. The staff are great, always positive and understanding, and they have time for everyone, remembering everyone's name and always greeting them personally.
