Have you tried @beforeyouspeakcoffee yet? Great to get you going in the morning or you can make these incredible Beforeyouspeak Mocha Protein Balls by @saa_roar 😍😍 2 1/2 cups Medjool dates (soaked overnight) 1 cup Raw almonds, crushed 1/2 cup chocolate protein 1 cup shredded coconut... 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup flaxseeds Pinch of salt BYS coffee (I used 3 satchets, could use more)
Add the pitted Medjool dates, protein powder, 1/2 cup of the coconut, cocoa powder, flax seeds, sea salt and coffee to the food processor. Pulse to combine, then use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides. Continue to blend the mixture for a minute or two, until the mixture is sticky and blended.
Use a tablespoon to measure and roll each scoop into a smooth ball. Roll each ball in the remaining coconut to coat. Serve and store in the refrigerator.

I need bread that is gluten and soy free .. not because it is trendy but because i get serious pain if i consume these items. I am not a rich woman and would buy normal bread if i could.

Anyway

I went in and the Naturis corn bread gf is all piced at 5.99 each . There were 4 loaves all priced the same. I wanted 1 loaf. And yes that is the rrp every where else. Still more than normal bread but its the only inexpensive one in the ingredients i require for a bread ... indulgence... !

Took to counter and the girl scans it and enters $6.99 on the eft pad. I looked twice seeing i was getting charged more. I disputed it as wrong as ALL of them are priced that. She calls her god manager on her redio talky walky and briefly describes if it is 6.99 or 5.99. The answer was 6.99. But i said they have All been ticketed ar 5.99. I have been in retail for 30 years and if this hapoens i honour it that day or time at the price marked. She wouldnt. And said oh its just a human error abd lectured me on that and i was obviously wrong. Anywho as i said i buy for my HEALTH not trendy reasons. It ended in a yelling march as i tried to reason the whole shelf was priced at 5.99 and another customer was picking one up too.

And gluten free cakes priced at 8 to 10 bucks a slce the slice size less than a tim tam. Highway robberry for people with serious health problems. We have look at it in horror especially at the scrooge size serving. We are entitled to a decent slice too. I woould get a regular type cake elsewhere but cant. We are in need of a treat too and are being RIPPED OFF... as its labelled or treated as trendy dieting .

Products storewide are somewhat even over the top for dried fruits etc .

The sunday trade there was low in customers too. I was amazed how much salad erc was in the window counter fridge. And so many cakes gf at big pricing per thin as slices ... no one is buying it

Surely my one loaf of bread at 5.99 that exploded into 6.99 could have paid 14 minutes of soneones payroll for sunday.

Not comming back as i said it is a wrought preying on people with real healrh problems and need healrhy basics. You are overpricing way more than other health foid places.
