I requested a referal to see an endocrinologist for some hormone problems I have. Two doctors at this clinic said endocrinologists don't see patients for hormones problems, but I called three endocrinologists and they confirmed that they do indeed deal with hormone issues. I ended up going to another medical centre for a referral and eventually went to see a endocrinologist who was fantastic and gave me the medication and treatment that I needed. Thank god I sought a second opinion otherwise my health would still be in serious jeopardy.

Never had any issues so far. Staff are helpful and have never had to wait longer than 10mins to see Dr. I live near Maitland and travel outta my way to see Dr Soe after a run of bad experience with local bulk billing GPs. Quite happy to continue seeing him for all mine and my 15mth olds medical concerns. Very easy to understand and always listens tentively. Consultation room is very organised, roomy and sterile unlike many others I have been to.
Happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy GP.

Dr Salam is great although only works one day a week.
On the other hand every time I come in to the practice I find myself waiting for 40 mins to be seen by the doctor 😠

The Drs are great but the booking service is shocking 10 minutes on hold to call for an appointment this is unacceptable then to have to hang up and try again tommorow when I have time. In this busy lives we lead no-one has time to be on hold that long and still not get through,
