Nicely Nutty @tableofplenty muesli for #wednesdaybreakfastclub. Topped it with @tamarvalleydairy Greek yoghurt, seasonal fruits & Mayverβs peanut butter.. but it is so delicious I could eat it straight out of the jar! A great muesli for those who are wheat or fructose sensitive as it is wheat free & fructose friendly.

Chobani yoghurt cheesecake bites ππ» Recipe: γ°οΈ Roughly blend 1 cup Kuranda Wholefoods apple spice muesli with 1/2 cup maple syrup + 4 mejdool pitted dates γ°οΈ Press firmly in to muffin tins γ°οΈ Top with Chobani yoghurt (I used strawberry & passionfruit) γ°οΈ Freeze!

& have no added sugar β
use 100% natural ingredients with no added nasties β
& have 5g protein per bite β
This flavour (acai berry) is one of my favourites but the other flavours (mocha supreme, cacao coconut, lemon chia) are equally as delicious. Iβve topped mine today with @mayversfood peanut butter as Iβm super hungry today & craving a little more energy!
