Healthy Fit Jen Description

I've always loved Fitness and enjoy staying active. Since mid 2013 I focused on my Nutrition, combined with my love for Fitness I have been able too transform my life and feel absolutely amazing.

Looking great is one thing but feeling amazing is my profound breakthrough.

Since then I've been apart of community of people with like minded goals and together we are passionate about helping, transforming and motivating everyone too get into the best shape of their life.

This community is a healthy active lifestyle community and is part of one of the fasting growing health and fitness movements. It's a unique movement that combines five key elements that help people achieve their personal wellness and fitness goals.
• Healthy Eating – Eating the right foods at the right time to support you in reaching your goals.
• Fitness Plan – Finding your fun in fitness that are supporting you in reaching your goals
• Supplementation – Making sure that your body is getting the vitamins, minerals, and sufficient protein to properly support you.
• Personal Coach – Your personal coach; someone to teach you, support you, cheer for your and keep you accountable.
