The Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District has created some new image snippets to be shared on your Facebook page, newsletter, app and anywhere else!

The images focus on and are a great way to communicate the following health messages:

- Eat fresh foods
- Drink water
- Be active everyday
- Limit screen time
- Quit or reduce smoking
