Recently got my Holden Captiva LX serviced at Heartland Holden Blacktown and it was a superior experience. They provided reminder email a day out from my booking and on the day they offered a courtesy bus to get me to my workplace which was within their drop off zone. Their service dept. staff called back after initial diagnosis and advised their recommendations for car repairs which they could complete during service and provided indicative additional costs for my approval. Once the service was completed I was informed and a pickup was arranged back to the dealership where the invoice was as quoted. Loved their work and service with a smile..Wishing them all the best.:-)

Quite happy with their service. We had been to 3-4 car dealers before going to them. While other car dealers focused on money, these guys focused on us, our requirements, were very patient with our zillion questions. I am glad to say that their top priority was us and finding the right car for us. Got a great deal too & $700 gift voucher!

It doesn't matter how good or bad the customer service, there are no skilled mechanics and not having good system. Booking is useless, no standard and unable to fix basic wiring issue, dirtier after service and took very long to do any service. Sorry, but that's my honest opinion.

I just want to give a great big shoutout to Dylan and the team at Heartland Holden. I usually hate buying cars, really dread the whole experience. Dylan made everything easy for us. He contacted us while we were driving to the dealership, as we had filled in an online query. He got all the info and knew exactly what we were looking for when we got there. It was the easiest and most pleasant car purchase that I have made. Vince got the kids balloons whilst we filled out the paperwork and the whole team was very accommodating. We love our 4th Holden.
