Never buy here an defiantly NEVER SERVICE HERE... Got my Cruze service here, as I bought it new 2011, recently took it in for service, an noticed that the oil wasn't even change, look at the oil stick black... Rip off, over kill, incompetent, cheats, what comes around goes around. So before you service there when you pick your car up pop the bonnet and check your oil, 10/10 they haven't changed it. No wonder holden going bust cheap parts that brake easy, dishonest to customers, to many complaints. Bye, bye... The only good thing about Holden well nothing. I say to everyone never get a Holden.

The worse experience i ever had. My car is under warrenty, there was some techenical fault in car and the their machenic said that i have put the wrong fuel in my car, i said them that am working in fuel station at bp from last 5 years and i always use bp98 which is one of the best fuel in australia and i use fuel from my own servo and never had bad feedback from my customers at servo, and i was shocked when he said mate you dont know what kind of fuel is in the tanks underground and he said you dont know if the fuel delivery driver has put wrong fuel in wrong tanks.
I mean what these people think bp with that big brand name hire kids to work for them, when i start questing them their machenic said look mate if you not sure what we going to do here with your car, go to some other place.
My car is under warrenty and still these people charge me $500.00 for that they said they have drain out all your fuel and put back new one, and also they were unable to give me the report where is says that the fuel is contaminated.
I complaint them to the fair trading peole and got my money back.
Definately not recommending any body to go there.
I would rather preffer to go 50km far where can someone treats you better and somebody who can listen to you.

They people start making the stories that this is hppens to you car this and that and they charge heeps to customers.
Even an 1 start is too much for this place, these people doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Brought a brand new Colorado in December last year at Penrith the sales department was ok there were some problems along the way but they were fixed. But the service department is the worst experience I have dealt with. I had a problem with the parking sensors took it to them told they were fixed drove out of the dealership and still had the same problem also had issues with the tornneau cover they did agree to replace it but I drove home and notice they damaged the wing at the back of my ute I then had to go back and get them to fixed that problem which meant the wing had to be repainted. So months later and I still have problems with the ute and no answers I will not be returning to Penrith holden after this experience.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had getting my car serviced and a rego check. Will never take my car there again. And by the way if you hold a non Australian licence you can't use their Courtesy cars either.

Ash from service has always been great to deal with my HSV. I've just purchased a 2005 monaro and a 2002 caprice and he has been excellent in helping me with these two vehicles. I would recommend anyone to speak with him.
