Very disappointed with the customer service. Seems like they don't feel like selling cars to customers and are doing the job for the sake of doing it .

Highly recommend Blacktown Heartland Hyundai. The overall buying experience was nice. John in sales was helpful and willing to do a deal. Nick in finance was professional and the finance approval was fast. Overall, the whole experience was fast and we took delivery of the new Tucson in less than a week. The Presentation witha big bow ribbon and big balloons on delivery day was a nice touch and made the experience that much nicer. Highly recommended..

Absolutely frustrating to deal with service dept,,took me over a year to get 4 "round" tyres fitted onto my brand new car due to out of round egg shaped tyres. Then service dept were not capable of simply balancing the new tyres properly. I took the car to JAX tyres & they balanced it properly 1st go. I have bought 4 new cars from here but will avoid Blacktown Hyundai forever .

Bought a Hyundai Veloster with Spencer a couple of weeks ago. The experience was interesting. It was the first time I bought a car, but I'm not stupid. The initial visit was pleasant, I guess because my dad was there and he wouldn't let them get away with much. He asked them questions and he grilled them. However...

Also, the order and delivery process of the car was very frustrating. I had advised Spencer and Nick not to call me during business hours as I am at work and can't take their calls. I asked them to email. Spencer would constantly call me to tell me little details he could send a quick email about. I was also called to advise the car was delivered... then a few mins later I was called back to be told "lol whoops we made a mistake, that's not your car that got delivered u gotta wait but omg i don't know how much longer!"

This is extremely unprofessional.

I also didn't appreciate being belittled by both Spencer and Nick because I am an L plater and the person who was meant to help me take the car home got called into work. "If you had your Ps you could have taken it yourself." "When are you going to get your Ps?" "Most people your age should already be fully licensed, or at least on their Ps". You do not say this to a customer, it is extremely rude!

Upon second visit, to sign paperwork and take the car home... I found out some interesting things.

1) They ordered the car BEFORE I reviewed the contract details or signed anything. This initially wasn't something that bothered me because, hey, I sign and get to take the car home after waiting almost 2 weeks. What I was never told, though, was if I decided I no longer wanted the car/nor liked the T&Cs of the contract/didn't want to sign for it anymore, I have to pay 10% of the entire cost of the car because they ordered it, registered it already in my name, ect. I didn't like hearing this because I was trapped... and I was never advised this in the beginning otherwise I'd not have let them order the car BEFORE I signed for anything. This also meant when I wanted to change the car from white to black upon approval of finance, I couldn't.

2) When I asked Nick, from finance, how much the excess would cost if I got into an accident, or how much my insurance will cost next year... he couldn't answer. How can you have worked here for years, be the finance guy, but not know these answers?

3) Upon inspecting the car when it came in, it was dirty! Water spots and dirt everywhere. Spencer laughed this off and said that it was because of Sunnyholt Road... okay buddy. Whatever u say. Can't say no to the car now tho cos I'm trapped with 10%.

4) When taking the car home, I kept getting this flashing notification on the dashboard... "Turn fuse switch on". TF does that mean? Google here I come. Apparently, this is something the dealer is meant to switch on upon car preparation as the fuse off is a battery saving mode that the car has to ensure the battery stays in tact upon delivery and on the ship/trucks. So if he missed this vital detail, what else did he miss?

5) There was also glue from stickers that had yet to be cleaned off.

This just doesn't sit well with me when buying a car. There shouldn't be such cons, especially when it comes to being told IMPORTANT details regarding my finances.

I will not be doing business again with Heartland and when I go to upgrade the car in a couple of years to an SR, it won't be via Heartland Hyundai.

Arrived at 7:50am and had to wait until 8:45am for a courtesy ride to my work which was less than 5km away. No one from the staff came over to see me within this time to assist. Outside of that there were no issues, but the service was severely lacking.

Peter gave me a great price on a Tucson and was very professsional, helpful and easy to deal with. He was keen to do business but not pushy. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff who listened to me. Peter understood my needs and wants and gave me a great deal. I love my new i30. I visited 3 car dealers on this strip and Heartland Hyundai was by far the best.

Great team, I have purchased over 10 cars from Blacktown hyundai in the last 18 months. Easy to deal, nothing is ever a problem. Great prices and their products are bulletproof. I recently had my Hyundai i30 serviced at Blacktown and i found the service manager and team were very professional and courteous. After reading some bad reviews my experience was completely the opposite. I am very lucky i havn't had a problem with my car. I love it. The people i spoke with at Hyundai Blacktown would have went out of their way to help me. I couldn't fault a thing

As said, people make second biggest decision in their lives to buy a car.

The bad experience that I had with Heartland Hyundai Blacktown I never forget. I wanted to do a test drive a car. The sales person surprised me when he said that if I commit to buy then he will let me do test drive the car. And I waited more then two hours to do test drive and ask some more quires. But I ended up with an answer from the sale person that "we are closing now for today, can you come tomorrow", my appointment was booked though.
I would never recommend anyone to deal with them.

I bought a demo model car , which I was so excited to get cause its my first car! but since getting my car its been nothing but trouble! I've only had my car for about a month and I've put it for service twice now going onto my third service in a month for many different things spark splugs
Sunroof, tyer pressure light.
I seriously wouldn't think I would have so many issues, within a month of having this car I'm so dissapointed its unbelievable , I regret 100% choosing Hyundai !!

Just had an i30 serviced there. The service advisor was extremely professional, as was the service manager. The service was significantly cheaper than we expected and was an amazingly pleasant surprise.

The service itself was extremely thorough, all engine mounting and suspension was torqued. They gave us the full car checklist completed, an indication of our next few servicing costs (also surprisingly very affordable) and used a top notch name brand oil in the car (castrol proffessional)

Extremely satisfied with their service, if the rest of the dealership has this level of care and professionalism i know where I'll be buying my next car.
