Sadly I still have to give you a STAR for this business which I believe all the stars should be taken away. I was looking to purchase Mopar Jeep wheels for my Cherokee Blackhawk and thought the first place to start with should be a Jeep dealer. I have decided to visit my local Jeep dealer, which was the Heartland Jeep Castle Hill and visited the store around 10:00 AM on 21/09/2017. I have walked in to the show room and realized I was the only one there! After some loud "anyone here" coughs, decided to say "hello" which I did at least 5-7 times; still no response. Called the number displayed on their website, spoke to a lovely young lady and complained about the missing staff members! She advised me to take a seat and she would get someone very shortly. 10:23 AM was my second call telling them I have been waiting long enough to realize how un-professionally the business has been run and left. This is absolute ridiculous; you are selling one of the best vehicles, representing a giant motor group and being understaffed or unprofessional staff members taking break at the same time? This is not the consumers problem; if you are there to run a business as advertised and promised to the consumers before they purchase their vehicles, you should keep your promise and assist each and every customer. I have also contacted Chrysler Jeep Australia and lodged a complaint over the phone which I will do in writing in the next couple of weeks. I will also forward this matter to Fiat Chrysler group in US and wherever they have the offices related to customer services. And finally, dear business manager, save your time with apologies and any investigations you will run as, I do not need to know details but would like to hear the tasks to be followed that will improve where you have failed.

Worst after sales service ever!!! Have to wait up to 5 weeks to get your car booked in. Arrogant and unhelpful!

When my care was towed there for an injector problem, I jumped on line to see their rating and with such a low rating I told myself I’ll be in a trouble with their repair. Nothing went as I thought. They finished this repair within a day and half however first day after got my car they didn’t diagnose it but that was ok. I’m happy with their job and they deserve five stars for sure. I’ll take my Cherokee for periodic services and hope to get a good result.

Worst after sale service ever. Spent 100k on a car and the water pump failed over a month ago. Excuses excuses excuses. The service department is so so bad it's a joke.

Horrible place!! Servicing quality is a shocker ...

please choose an alternate Jeep servicing place. My wrangler driver seat door got stuck and had to get the door latch replaced !! I it's almost 3 months now and I can get into my car only from passenger's side which is very frustrating as you can imagine .

I have called them 6 times to check in and the customer service always promises to get back to me and they never return the call !! Customer service is appalling ...... You need to keep calling them and they treat you like a number and not a person !!

Had my jeep serviced. I think they had a monkey do the work. they only changed 3 spark plugs on a V6. don't think they could find the other 3. They also said the reset the oil change indicator, guess it needs one as soon as you drive away. Checked the battery. Had to buy a new one after leaving the service. Don't know what else on the list they said they did and didn't do.

Ian in the service dept has been great to deal with, understands my jeep is real 4wd that's actually gets used as a 4wd, not a city car, well recommended to deal with.
