I was promised that all i had to pay for my rear diff to be repaired is $1000. Jeep Australia will pay for 80% and heartland will also assist seeing that i could not afford $3000. Sayed agreed to this and Rebecca witnessed. All good my car was going to be repaired seeing that 3 jeep mechanics said its too dangerous to drive and rear diffs should not be faulty this soon. My car is only 5 yrs old. Sayed where is my courtesy car...we did give courtesy cars you will need to rent a car as only employees drive the cars. Not happy about that but fine. Car should be ready in a week. I pop by after a week as i have heard nothing. Sayed gets the sack. Both Rebecca and Chris ask about my car on 2 different days and they said my car will be ready in 2 days. Rental now 2 weeks. Mitchell is now taking care of my case and tells me that no parts have been ordered and i am to pay $3200. Naturally i am upset as i have lied to this whole time and given the run around. I ask to speak to supervisor whom should have overseen everything. Rizwan you are incompetent and should be sacked. Rizwan had the audacity to tell me your car is damaged anyway so just drive it. Put my life, my children's life and the life of other's on danger. DISGUSTING! Chris the GM is rude, heartless and cannot see any fault is his service team including himself. Offers me a couryesy car and $500 off my next service. Who in their right mind would go back!!!!! How about you pay for the repairs seeing you are at fault and that i had to rent a car for nearly 5 weeks. Pay for that Chris! Instead you didnt care and was incredibly rude. Put yourself in my position and understand why i was so upset. All i got from heartland was the run around. ����
