I've bought a few brand new cars previously from elsewhere and have never had the (bad) experience I've had with Heartland Suzuki Castle Hill.
I bought a brand new Suzuki for my business, to maximise the tax, before June 2017. My experience went like this:
1. I put a $500 deposit.
2. My preferred Finance Company (whom I've been with for almost 10 years and have always been exceptional with their service) requested Suzuki Castle Hill for an invoice to organise settlement. Upon the 3rd request, I contacted them to requesting to withdraw the sales, to which they finally provided the copy of the invoice.
3. The car was paid in full by my preferred finance company (note here, I would expect to get my $500 deposit refunded).
4. I picked up the car mid June - the Petrol AND water was empty (again, everywhere I've bought a car, it has always been full, so I was disappointed, but overlooked this)
5. I contacted Heartland Suzuki for my $500 refund - end of June made contact, 1st week July made contact, 2nd week July made contact and last week of July made contact - I was asked for my bank account details each time, in order for the refund to be deposited. Each phone contact was initiated by me, and each time I was told that someone will contact me, either by phone or email to confirm payment. I am writing this review as I wait for them to sort out my refund - this time, refusing to accept "someone will contact you".

I will NEVER do business with Heartland Suzuki Castle Hill again. The worst 'buy a brand new car' experience I've ever had, and the time/effort involved, just to get my money back! It was beyond ridiculous... I highly suggest to stay away from Heartland Suzuki Castle Hill. If there was a negative rating, that's what I would give as the one STAR out of five is too generous!

Service center closed on Saturday. I have to take leave if I want to service my car and keep my Suzuki warranty. What sort of customer service is that!

I was ready to buy their Suzuki Swift car today. I called to let them know I was coming in the afternoon. The guy who answered the phone kept asking what time I was coming and I said I don't know the exact time. And he started going on about how they operate like doctor or surgeon office where you don't just go in without a booking. I was like never mind then I will just find another more pleasant dealer... I will never do business with this dealership.

Was looking for a new Suzuki so visited them. I have to say they have the worst possible customer service team I have ever encountered. Their finance person was very rude and arrogant. When I asked him to explain the break up of costs involved he got rude and told me that I didn't know what I was talking about as I didn't understand anything about financing a car. He lied and refused to divulge the exact break up of costs involved and tried using aggressive tactics by constantly pushing a paper in front of me, telling me to just sign on the dotted line if I had no issues with what I told them I was comfortable with paying. I walked out without signing and bought my car from Suzuki Parramatta for a lower price(who were wonderful and helpful) they took the time to explain everything to me and am now a happy owner of a Suzuki.

Not even worth asking for insurance service. Already had problem with water leakage before and it still haven't been fixed. The water is keep getting inside the carpet of the floor in the car and they gave me more than a month wait. What am i suppose to do? smell the fungi growing in my car carpet and keep on drying them? this isn't first time and the problem isn't even solved and I also asked how to dry the water underneath the carpet and they smirked and said "I don't know" which i found the answer later on bloody google. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. that is all.

Very happy with both sales and service.
We purchased new car last weekend from very nice staff. They walked us around whole car and explained everything top to bottom. We left and were very happy we knew our new car better than the one we had for 10 years! We decide to take our other car for service yesterday and was really well done with great price i had to ask what something meant and Ian and Summer were very patient with me explaining in terms i could understand. They are not a genuine dealer. Went to buy a brand new car. They agreed the price on phone and promised me will sale at agreed price. As I went to sign a contract they changed the price. They did not have car to show me said it is in our depot. Next day I agreed with their new price and they said we have this car in stock. They did not ask me to pay deposit. Just before I went to sign a contract again, they rang me and said they sold that colour and ask me to buy for the same price but non-metalic colour which usually $500 cheaper in market. Went to other dealer to buy told the story, surprisingly other dealer showed me they still have the car in stock and has never sold. They keep lying all the time. Thank god I did not end up buying a car from them and would recommend never visit a dealer like this who change their words every minute.

AWFUL. Zero customer service. The dealer/consultant was very rude. When he couldn't answer simple questions like why they charged more for items which other dealers offered for less, he would become snarky and use lines like "Well, you OBVIOUSLY know everything and I know NOTHING, huh?". When he gave me a quote and I wanted to call my partner to ask for their opinion, he said "Why do you need to make a phone call? I just gave you a great quote, what, you still need to think about it? Why do you need to call anyone?". Incredibly rude, and NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.
They may be my local dealership, but I am DEFINITELY not going there for servicing or anything else. I would pay more and go further for better customer service elsewhere.
