Roslyn is lovely. It was the perfect experience. I love my dress and with Roslyn's help, choosing it was just effortless. I recommend this as the first stop. Roslyn even made my mum and sister feel so at ease. Mum cannot stop raving about her. Thank you thank you thank you Roslyn.

Fantastic customer service! Everything is set out so nicely and organised in the shop. Was such a great atmosphere to walk into.
Customer service was absolutely outstanding, especially when compared to another shop that I had been to half an hour before. Such a relief to find a store this fantastic! Would definitely recommend to any bride/bridal party. I cannot speak highly enough of this store :)

Roslyn was INCREDIBLE she was so thorough & her knowledge on what gowns I should wear was impeccable! I trusted her 100% and the Martina Liana gown we chose in the end was PERFECT thanks to Ros! I paid less then I expected and the appointments were always so nice & intimate, even fittings were a blast! Thank you Roslyn for all your help & kindness it was truly an amazing experience at Heavenly Collections - highly recommended!
