Helen Glen Transition Tears To Transformation

Hello, I'm Helen Glen Results Coach, and Mentor. I see myself a survivor not victim of circumstances. Transition Tears To Transformation came about when I felt the need to share my experiences to help others in need. And so that's what I do now. As a Results Coach, I guide women to see their light moving towards transformation with clarity for a deeper connection with themselves to live, love life after loss. I've overcome trauma in many forms, coping with the shock of my fathers suicide by his own gun; the tragedy of losing my teenage son to homicide; my sorrow of losing a baby at birth; the prolonged sadness witnessing my mother suffer from cancer when I was 10 until her death when I was 30; I understand what basic human needs to accept ones self just as we are and to move forward to live a more meaningful and fulfilled life, just like I have.
