Fantastic salon!

Fabulous experience everytime I go to Helen's Hair concepts!! Victoria has been colouring & cutting my hair for 17years now & she know my hair better than me! I am consantly getting comments (especially from other hairdressers!) on my colour & cut! Highly recommended!!!

Excellent salon. Helen has a great team of stylists who are always well presented, pleasant and friendly. Skilled stylists and colourists, i always walk away happy. Prices are very reasonable.

Victoria is an amazing hairdresser. One of the best you'll find!! You don't get palmed around to 2-3 different people. Your hairdresser does the cut, colour and blow dry 😄
The salon is easy to get too by train and lots of parking out front.

Have been getting my hair coloured and cut at Helen's for years. Ive never been disappointed.

Got a great blow dry at this place on very short notice. Swift service, exactly what I wanted at an extremely affordable price. Hairdressers are also kind!

Went in with a voucher (given to me by my girlfriend who loves this hairdresser) and the lady (in between facebooking) said to me "Sorry we can't. We are not the owners. We don't know what she got done. You have to pay full price!" So I said that was kinda unfair seeing as my partner goes here all the time and I wanted to start going here. She said "too bad, you don't want to pay, that's you're problem." And she left and went into the back. I asked the asian guy "are you sure? I can pay half the price!" and he didnt respond, just stared at me. So I left and they went back to their phones.

My partner will not be returning to this hairdresser. Who says this kinda stuff to a potential customer?

She was very rude and just weird. Felt like I was intruding on their social media time. Never been to a place before where the main hairdresser walks away from you.
