Ultimate professionals. Word of mouth, I have now convinced friends to travel here as its sooo worth it. (I always notice the amount of wedding dresses they are doing, looks like they are FAB at that too!)

I don't expect overnight service, they always my my stuff ready after a few days and never had an issue.

Even one star is too much for this jumper the place. I am so annoyed put a jacket and cardigan in on Tuesday for pick up Thursday so I would have it for the weekend and I'm here on Friday afternoon and it still not ready. The staff are rude there is no customer service or pleasantries she was just whingeing about how much work she had to do. I will never be going to this place again

Terrible! We dropped our rug off for cleaning and after 3 weeks they still hasn't had it cleaned. Ridiculous! Then when we went to pick it up after it hadn't been cleaned they tried to charge us. No apologies, nothing. Just some lame excuses. Awful customer service. We often have issues here, I won't be back, it's too much bad and not enough good.

Absolutely shocking service. $120 to have some bed linen washed and it was dumped into a bag unfolded & the linen is so crumpled I now need to iron it myself

Not a bad service. They try really hard and the quality of the cleaning is great.
