Those expensive cookies are really dry and flavorless, should I have gotten the cake?

The lovely team at hello naomi did our wedding cake in May. It was a wonderful experience. We had the opportunity to test and taste the cakes ahead of time and give direction on what we were hoping for. The end result was perfect. The cake looked and tasted amazing. Our guests all commented on how delicious it was. The team also showed exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend hello naomi for any cake required for a special occasion.

Loved coming into this shop, although the sweet smell did become a bit sickly after awhile the staff where absolutely lovely with helping me choose a cake for my wedding. Definitely choose these guys for that.

Edit: I have left my previous review below, however I am adding this as the proprietor of the business has take the time to apologise for this to me and make right as best as it could be which I appreciate being done.

Original: Very Very Poor Service, after explaining the need for good packaging for take away cupcakes the shop attended proceeded to throw the cupcakes in the box then label it upside down. $20 of cakes for a special occasion left looking worse than dogs vomit.
