Food was ok but their service was pretty bad. We went for dinner after ramadan rush but the waiters hardly seem to be able to keep up. Took them 20 mins to bring masala tea out, like they forgot about it. Had to ask several times to get their attention. Will not go there again with this kind of service.

Well what to say. It's worst ever Indian food I had. They are redifining the centuries old dishes and its for worst. I had chicken jelfrezi and achari goat, both were poorly cooked and were no where close to how actual dishes are and tasted below average. Onion and tomato were still raw.

Have gone to this place few times to warrant a review. We have found the food to be generous portion and they really do make it spicy if you ask. But what really makes us think twice about visiting this place is the consistently rude waitress (with the glasses). She is not polite, never happy and to be frank I don't think she likes it when the place gets busy. Hire someone who makes the customers feel special for spending their money in these uncertain times.

Very delicious food. I visited from coffs harbour for dinner with family. Specially Bhindi masala very yummy.

Ordered food to be picked up. Order was ready on time and well packaged. I confirmed with staff when we arrived that we had ordered mild curries as I would like to share with my under 1 year old baby who doesn’t like “hot” food and they replied that yes they are mild and would be good for the baby to eat too. When it was dinner time we unpacked the curries and found them to be way too spicy. I couldn’t eat it at all and the baby and I could only eat the bread and plain rice from the pack of food. My partner said he thinks it tastes ok but is really not mild at all (he is Pakistani). We won’t order from here again. I know that people have different heat tolerances but to offer something as a mild option it needs to actually be mild.

Very yammy food and best service.
Staff are very friendly and price is very responsible

The service was excellent. The food was great: I tried the panipuri. Loved it. A chat dish I ordered was really cool. Little crusty "bowls" you could spoon a sweet green sauce into then pop in your mouth. Yum! The Lamb Saagwala (with a side order of saffron rice) was one of the best I've ever had. I also had a keema naan.... And it was really nice. I got a lassi to drink.

My eyes were bigger than my stomach, but I managed. A very pleasant dinner in otherwise drab Liverpool after dark.

I will definitely come here again.

Good local spot. Great ambience. Loved the food and friendly staff were great with the kids.

User

Staff are wonderful. The restaurant is open til late which is convenient for shift workers like us.

User

Great food and very quick service. We have visited this place for over 5 times in last 6 months. The place has never disappointed us. The quality and the portion of the food was upto the mark. Courteous staff and very friendly. Variety of menu to select from.

User

Ordered via menulog and had my order ready for pickup on time. Food was delicious. Thank you.
Went here for a birthday dinner and had the best time.

Got home delivery, which took 1 hour. Biryani and paneer curry were ok not bad. The Aaloo chaat though was a rip off. I got pieces of potatoes put in a yougurt sauce. This is NOT chaat. Hard to trust this place anymore.

User

My experience there was great. The food was amazing. Best Indian restaurant in Sydney. The portions were good. The price was very good for the amount of food you get. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Great experience and will go there again and again

User

ordered super late christmas evening close to 10pm, this was the only restuarant willing to deliver. they had a $50 minimum order for delivery, since this was my first order i had my reservations. my order was $57 and all my worries of overspending melted away with each bite of some the best indian food i've had in recent memory. the food was obviously freshly to order, as opposed to sitting on a counter for ages. best christmas present i paid for. thanks guys.

Went to a birthday party last night. it has to be one of the worst services you will ever received. Asked for a glass because all the glasses on the table were used, the answer was use the ones on the table, with angry expression. Food was terrible. Nothing was tasty enough. oh butter chicken, it was so bad it didn't taste like butter chicken. It was sour. Venue looks ok. Not recommended at all.

User

One of the worst customer service experience among all the indian restaurant i have visited. My advise to everyone please dont even think of going there.

If there was a rating below 0, that's what i would have given this restaurant. It was my mums birthday and i took her out for dinner.

I ordered Kulcha Naan, got 3/4 of the bread only. Ordered Malai Kofta, got the curry without the kofta, then the 2nd serve was burning hot, we couldn't even eat a bite. 3rd serving was bit better, but we had enough of tasting by that time. Potatoes in one of the dishes was half cooked.
Worst experience ever. Complained to the staff and the owner, but fell onto deaf ears. Will never go there again. Total waste of my money .
Please don't waste your money going to this restaurant. Better off going to Macca's at least we know what to expect.
