Not pleasant experience.Ordered 2 coffees and asked for a portuguese tart which they previously stocked and got a blank look from the young girl serving as if I had two heads!
Just ordered the coffees. The girl asked if we were taking away or having there after she saw us sitting at the table.I told her we were having it there in two proper cups.
$10 for 2 coffees which, by the way, had to be paid for in card as they don't take cash, and for which we waited an eternity. Eventually the young man making the coffees called out to come and get the order and..guess what?..he had them in paper takeaway cups. He said he made a mistake ..was that ok?
I said No..its not OK..to this he proceeded to pour the coffees in 2 cups..
Cold coffee, presented like instant coffee...tasted awful..At the urging of my wife I let it go at that.

I don't know who owns or runs this place but they could use some advice if they want to keep customers.
Take cash..and..teach your staff how to treat customers..without customers they would not have a job.
I know..have been in sales ,including retail, for over 30 years.

First australian Cashless Bakery. Make sure you have your card and not cash or you will miss out. Great sour dough at this bakery.

this has to be one of the nicest bakeries I've been to in a while. Plenty of car parking behind the building, a great range of pies and cakes which are made on premise instead of brought in from a mass producing food company. The place is going to be cashless from Monday 17th of October according to the staff members. The only drawback for me is that they only use fairtrade coffee and for me it always lacks the taste and oomph of non-fair trade coffee.

Popular with locals & regular travellers. Gr8 coffee, pies, pastries (both savoury & sweet). A good range of products, although a little pricey... but always fresh with good ingredients... you get what you pay for with food. Gr8 for a stopover or lunch, on way back to Sydney. Short drive to Mollymook beach & surrounds for a swim too. Ample parking, seating can be limited in peak times.

What an amazing place for a nice hot coffee and a sweet treat. The staff are wonderful, friendly, kind and welcoming. The take home fruit loaf was delicious. It's a shame I don't live closer as I would definitely be getting my bread and rolls here daily. Thank you for the happy service. 😊😊😊

Classic bakery in a lovely heritage building with loads of parking and outdoor seating. Very good pies and selection of cakes plus a few sandwiches and baked goods. Yum

Good quality bakery grub and a rustic venue. Shows signs of buckling at busy periods - running out of sausage rolls at 1pm on a Queens Birthday Saturday, for instance - and the building itself needs some love. Still, good quality coffee and food, decent amenities and friendly service count for a lot.

We did a quick stop passing by Milton on the highway. They have a big menu and offer various vegetarian choices. We got our pies fresh from the oven! We got one with spinach and feta. Very delicious.
The second time we went there, was unfortunately not such a big offer as the first time. We were a little bit disappointed. We eat a Vanilla Slice, which was very big and nearly to much for one person.

Great pies and Lamingtons. Service is always slow and mismanaged. Hate being there but keep returning for the food.

A must stop if you are traveling south, best pies in NSW, the pastry is best, flavour is good. Staff at the counter could be better but with the quality of the food and well priced, I would visit again if I pass by

Visited here twice and I had the best pies, cakes, and coffee!!! Very nice staff! From America visiting family in Australia. I had the lamb and rosemary pie, vanilla slice and cappuccino! Excellent! Highly recommend this bakery!

Location is perfect and the food and service is amazing. But it was extremely hot inside which made it hard to enjoy our meal. Needs air conditioning or fans
