Terrible service with recycled pine flooring.
Delivered wrong width.
Took it back ... delivered correct width.. all smashed and broken edges, unusable. $7000 OF FIREWOOD! 250sqm had to be reordered new instead - another $3k. Could not return as ordered through the builder who was a rip off merchant as well and the 2 owners knew they had off loaded a load of rubbish onto us.

This place is a true wonderland of used and vintage items. Everything is well organised, prices reasonable and the staff very helpful. The newly made furniture, lamps and hardware are also very cool. We'll be back for our next renovation!

We have been in business with Heritage Building Centre for many years now. They have a great range of products and knowledge to go along with it. Our dealings are always pleasant with a great deal of humour.

Most comprehensive range of both new and old heritage pieces - windows, tiles, fixtures etc in Sydney. As others mention, while the 3-4 staff are nice the store is huge and has 10+ different sections. You have to hunt them down, wait your turn and then make the most of your minutes. If there was 1 staff member in each section they would all be busy and the store would sell a lot more.

We are renovating in the Inner west and love our trips to Heritage Building Centre. It is an amazing wonderland of everything a renovator could ever dream of.
So far we have found the most amazing tiles and beautiful kauri floorboards. Today we were finally ready to order our lighting and were overwhelmed with the choice and the wonderful help and attention we received from Mark, Jo and Bill.
