Beautiful walk, historic, great views, cute little beaches along the way. Take plenty of water. There are lots of steep uneven steps. Worth the effort. Continue the walk on to Rose Bay for a well deserved beer or coffee.
A lovely walk trail away from the crowd but it's only a few miles from CBD/ circular quay.
Part of a famous, very hilly but fantastic walk around the South Head.

One of the most spectacular walks in Sydney - a must for any visitor. A bush trail that snakes along the harbour coastline revealing hidden coves and beaches such as MIlk Beach and Queens Beach. Heading east, the trail effectively ends at Nielsen Park, a spot which could make a compelling case as the nicest harbour swimming spot in the city and the perfect way to cool off on a hot day. During summer evenings this walk is especially spectacular as Sydney's skyline gleams in the distance and the sun sets casually, perfectly placed behind the Harbour Bridge.
Awesome walk to do! Highly recommend to everyone to do!!!!
Extremely stunning walk - done it more times than I can remember and never get bored!
Great walk along the harbour foreshore.
Great harbour walk starts from here to finish to Shark beach. Plenty of view points on Shark island, the harbour bridge, the city and the opera. You'll walk passed many tiny beaches and loads of perfect picnic points. Amazing!
