A Community Title Scheme provides an effective way of sharing common facilities between Torrens Title Lots. It can also provide the developer a method to be able to stage a project over time. Higgins Surveyors can subdivide land for the purpose of creating lots, private access ways and Community Association Property generally in circumstances where there is a Community facility like services, swimming pools, club houses or open areas. We will liaise with the Developer / Solicitors, to ensure that notations regarding boundary limitations and /or By-laws are included and consistent.
