The High Performance Centres
The focus of most current "gyms" has been to sign members up and provide them with a place to train, but with minimal or no direction.
Founded by local Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists Dean Lawler and Mark Matheson as well as Strength and Conditioning Physiologists Patrick Bowen. The High Performance Centres was developed after they realised, by the countless patients entering their clinics, that many people were attending gyms but not achieving their fitness goals – be it injury while training, exercising with a poor nutrition plan, or training without the planning or implementation of personalised training programs with appropriate steps towards progression.
The High Performance Centres change all that.
