High Street Dental Penrith

A huge thank you to Dr Adrian Lim and the wonderful reception staff (sorry, I'm horrible with names!) for making me feel so at ease. I always get so nervous when it comes to my teeth, but Dr Lim is gentle and friendly, and he explains things as he goes, so there's no fear about what's happening.

I would like to thank the staff members of High Street Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. I was naturally a very nervous and dentophobic patient but the receptionist was so kind and reassuring over the phone that I had the courage to attend the appointment. The dentist and his assistant also made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. Thank you guys so much, I would definitely be returning!

Tried to make an appointment - needed to send some information over but as my scanner was broken and I could not email it. I politely asked for fax number and the rude receptionist rudely asked what I wanted to send and wanted me to explain in detail what I was sending I told her I wanted to send information relevant to my visit. Well the Rude receptionist (obviously thought she was a detective) wanted to me to explain in greater detail what I was sending I again told her as best I could and asked again for fax number. The rude receptionist piped up "why don't you just email it?" I politely terminated call here and made an appointment with another dental practice who happily gave me the fax number without being rudely interrogated.

This place was shared with me because of the good reviews/ratings.
The service was satisfactory. The facility was very dated considering the fact that they charged double any other clinic in the area. I should have spoken up about the cost of the consultation on the spot. In hind sight I should have checked the costs before I went in. I paid $255.00 for the first visit, everywhere else is $129.00 for the same services rendered.
You got my business this time... But never again..😊

I can't explain how wonderful the staff at high street dental are. With all my wisdom teeth drama I felt supported and Adrian and the team really made me feel comfortable. I thank each of you for your amazing role at this clinic. 100% recommend.

I hadn't been to the dentist in 19 years and was expecting harsh retribution and critical, judgmental comments. I got the exact opposite. Dr. Ed Chang was professional, thorough, kind and respectful. I would recommend him and High St dental to anybody. Thank you for a wonderful, not threatening and informative experience :)

Having a long held fear of dentistry made me apprehensive about my appointment. The staff were excellent in allaying my fear. The best part, the extensive filling required was completely painless. A+
