High Street Medical Imaging

The ladies at the front desk need to know how to be happy and need to look up the word urgent as they don’t understand it!! Would not recommend !!

Reception was flat out but friendly and attentive, our technician and his assistant were super nice. We were in and out in 10 minutes!

I had an appalling experience. Had a lady greet me and ask me if I am doing an X-ray of my right knee and I corrected her and said no it's my left - even after saying this she proceeded to take 4 X-rays of my right knee with NO lead apron or nothing explained before I realised what she was doing (haven't had an X-ray in years so thought she might have been comparing knees) and complained which the lady replied oh yes it is the wrong leg, sorry! Asked for a new member to come in and work on me instead and all I got was a oh "sorry that happened."" Absolutely terrible unprofessional and incompetent staff.

Wait times are minimal and helpful friendly staff

unfortunately I have been here at least 20 times in the past 2 years for lots of medical issues, each and every time the staff are friendly attentive caring and professional. the facilities are so clean always no matter when I have been there. the only thing I wish it had was closer parking its hard to hobble a few blocks form your car, this though is an ongoing issue in Penrith all over and not high street imaging fault.

I attended this Medical Imaging in November 2015 after my Orthopaedic Surgeon wanted me to go to this site, because he thought the others in Penrith were crap, and I agree with him. The Staff in reception are polite fast and also very little waiting to have X-Rays. Also very little time waiting for X-Rays to be ready. I have attended every Radiologist in Penrith area and this is the best that I have attended. If this wasn't for my Orthopaedic Surgeon I may have never attended the this X-Ray place. So many thanks to my Orthopaedic Surgeon.
