Highlands Matters

Highlands Matters Incorporated is a non-profit community organisation that represents the communities of Bowral and neighbouring towns and villages in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia. The purpose of Highlands Matters is to inform and represent the interests of the communities of Bowral and neighbouring towns and villages. Its objectives are: to serve and represent the interests of the communities of Bowral and neighbouring towns and villagesto foster a community spirit in Bowral and neighbouring precinctsto preserve an environment that supports the well-being and contentment of the people of Bowral and its neighboursto ensure vigilance and transparency in local government administration in Bowral and its environs. We seek to ensure that the opinions of residents of Bowral and neighbouring towns and villages are heard by local, state and federal governments, and that the 6, 000 households in Bowral are informed of events in the community.
