Highway Ford

Very bad experience with Matt the salesman. We went to test drive one of their cars yesterday and they gave us an offer, we told them we will think about it. Today the salesperson called us to check if we considered their offer, we told him that we are still thinking about an offer from another car dealership, he was very rude, racist and aggressive and he said “next time if you aren’t sure about the car you want, don’t go to dealerships to test drive care as you put 200kms extra and he hang up the phone while we were still talking. I will Never deal with unprofessional car dealership like this again.

My father (88 year old pensioner) went to Highway Ford for some assistance with a vehicle that was purchased there (Ford Ranger). A parking sensor has been consistently sounding mounted in the bullbar. Although the bullbar was an alternate manufacturers, it was fitted on Highway Fords recommendation and little assistance was offered (so much for any degree of customer service) The manufacturer of the bullbar was only to happy to assist with the problem.
As I initially was considering an upgrade to my current vehicle I have second thoughts now of outlaying around $60000.00 if this is the best Highway Ford can do.

The Service Manager Paul Thompson is extremely rude and unhelpful, Seems the dealer principal excepts this type of behavior from this staff member, Service your car elsewhere. happy for ford to contact me you have my number.

vehicle not repaired as promised and prices exorbident. service manager flat out lied about parts required. got a price for the same thing @ Cessnock , polite, fast and costs 75% less. dont waste your time or money. Highway robbery

Absolutely horrible, was told before i purchased a car that it would have at least 3 months registration put on... fast forward 2 weeks and my new car is out of registration and Anthony our lovely salesman conveniently cant remember that conversation happening... who in their right mind would fork out $30,000 for a used car without any rego!!!! NOT HAPPY JAN!

Will be contacting the department of fair trading
