Carpet cleaning - Tell me the type of carpet ( woolen or synthetic)Number of rooms and an estimate of their size
Any particular issues ie: paint, grease, oil, urine , faeces, vomit etc

Upholstery number of seating positions, number of extra cushions and fabric type.

Rug cleaning- please be very specific as to the type of fabric as some silk, art silk and woolen and others can be a problem to clean.

Please be honest as to any problem areas that maybe an issue so l can assess what needs to be done .
