Hills Spirit F.C. Description

The OLOR Soccer Club was formed in 1978. The Club has continuously fielded teams in the NSW Church's Football Association since that year.

In 2001, due to increasing population within the Our Lady of the Rosary Parish, a second school, St Angela's, was opened.

The Club then changed it's name to OLOR /St Angela's Soccer Club.

In 2011, with the additional of a third Catholic Primary School Our Lady of the Angels, the Club changed its name to Hills Spirit FC.

In 2011 we had 19 teams with approximately 200 children proudly wearing the new Hills Spirit FC strip.

Each year two perpetual trophies are awarded. Originally only one team of the year trophy was awarded . It is named after Fr Marius Galea which was first handed out back in 1981 to the Under 8's. The Fr Marius Galea trophy is now awarded to the Senior team of the year. In 2002 a Junior Trophy was introduced and is named After Tony Cordina. It was first awarded to the under 6 White's who went through the season undefeated.
