Hills The Flower Market

I would absolutely highly recommend Hills the flower market, they go beyond expectations.
The actual photos do no justice, fresh flowers and bouquets are amazing. A few times they have added more flowers and Im just thrilled to say they are worth every cent. Don't bother looking anywhere else.

Great selection of flowers and two cafes nect door. Open 7 days.

My go-to place for flowers! They are always very helpful over the phone, deliver on time even when it's in the city and also provide the freshest flowers I've seen, usually lasts in our home for a good two weeks!

This place has a great range of flowers at affordable prices. Im not usually someone to leave a bad review (this is actually the first bad review I have ever left) and by all means this review is based on the ONE sales person I spoke to not everyone else that works here.

However, after choosing the pot plant we wanted. The sales rep snatched the plant out of my hand asking: "is that the one you want?" (no hello, no can I help you?) She then directed me to the front desk. When we reached the front desk I asked if she accepted eftpos. To which her reply was "Yeah. Have you got a card?" (Ofcourse I have a card that is why I asked!"). There wasnt much conversation to follow. Overall there was ZERO customer service here. No thank you. No good bye. No eye contact. She actually looked a little uncomfortable herself.

Based on the way I was treated I honestly felt as though she thought I was stealing the plant! (Which made me feel very uncomfortable).

I had brought my mum here to let her choose flowers for her birthday and was pretty excited to spoil her. But instead we left feeling incredibly dissatisfied and quite frankly offended.

Please note: the plant we chose was gorgeous and the produce here is cost effective, plentiful and vast in range. I didn't have a chance to interact with any other sales reps so please keep in mind this review is only for one interaction with one employee here. In saying this; I will not be returning to Hills The Flower Market.

Absolutely beautiful Florist! Always happy with my purchases usually for gifts for family, friends and work colleagues. The Florists are so talented.

They have an amazing selection of fresh flowers at a reasonable price. The staff are also very helpfull. They leave the Supermarkets for dead. Grab a cup of coffee while you are there.

My mum and dad bought their wedding flowers from here nearly 51 years ago, and then recently did my dad’s funeral flowers here as well. Hills did a beautiful job, they listened to what we wanted and then came up with an arrangement that was absolutely stunning, and for a very good price. The Australian natives they used are still beautiful almost two weeks later. We can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The most wonderful flowers and more wonderful team. Always create something beautiful that people rave about. Will never again buy flowers from a shopping centre.
