Customer service is terrible. I had to send my food back multiple times as there poached eggs are over cooked and then when they are asked to re cook them for the price you pay they then under cook them and hand it back to you. I will not return to this establishment until they hire people who know what actual customer service is and an actual chef who knows how to cook.

Review: Nice coffee. Overpriced, bland food. Two thin slices of plain white bread, satisfactory poached eggs, minimal amount of bland mushrooms. Charged $4 for the mushrooms while the menu showed them at $3

Coffee is great. Food is great. Love the hojo benny! Prices are decent. Staff are friendly.
