Holdsworth House Medical Practice

Outstanding medical practice. Have been attending this practice for over 15 years. I have built a great relationship with my regular gp dr Kate Bessey who has seen me through 2 pregnancies and now cares for my 2 children. However all the doctors have been informative, diligent, caring and thorough. I cannot praise this practice enough, the reception team are also outstanding in their service towards customers.

I have been going to Holdsworth house in Sydney for over nearly 4 years and I can't fault them. The best practice that I have ever been to.

Extremely rude staff members. A doctor I booked with cancelled my appoint 5 times over 4 weeks for some random reasons. My condition got worse and I had to book with another practice this one is just unbelievable. YOU CANT RELY ON THIS PRACTICE! stay away from it guys.

Came to see Dr. RAYAR for a very badly injured ankle from soccer. He was really thorough with his checks and organized the scans and moon boot on my behalf. Really thankful for his help, a very caring and knowledgeable Doctor indeed.

Absolutely terrible. Turned up as a new patient having booked into a 'free' slot 20 mins before the appointment time. Filled out the appropriate forms and was left to sit for 40 mins with no communication. Now I can't see a doctor for another day because I used my entire break waiting which could have been avoided if any effort was made on the clinics part.

Always professional, friendly and compassionate. Maybe a few waits that are longer than you'd like... but that's par for the course with medical practices. I would (and have) long recommended them to friends looking for a good GP.

I have been attending this practice for many years, for the last 11 years Jane Hunt has been my GP. I can't recommend highly enough, warm and personal care, with most required allied health services under the same roof, efficient and friendly nurses mean any required testing is a breeze and the reception staff are always friendly and welcoming.

You may have have to wait sometimes, but it is worth it! You get addressed, not left feeling short changed!
