Holistic Fitness Byron Bay Description

I specialise in holistic personal training / health coaching and remedial massage. I am also in my third year of studying Osteopathy.

Health, fitness and the human body are my passion and I love to help facilitate people becoming stronger and healthier in their daily lives. My experience and constant thirst for scientific, practical knowledge sets me apart from many conventional trainers. I have extensive experience in the C. H. E. K method, F. M. A Strength, Gymnastic bodies strength training and other influential leaders within the fitness industry.

Fitness is a great gateway to a healthier lifestyle, however other elements* also play a very important role.

This is why I take a holistic approach to health and fitness.
