No call back, no information on where our order is, no one mans the phone so looks like we are out of pocket for $600. Do not recommend.

I saw the brand new Omega Gas cook top OG63XA they advertised on their website today, I drove 45 mins to their store at Auburn, they checked and their system said there is 2 in stock but they can't find them, then try to sell me something else. Wasted 2 hours come home empty handed, feels like I have been conned. If they don't know what they have for sale then why should you trust what they are selling to you. I was so disappointed, I will never buy from this dodgy business.

A breath of fresh air. Fast and detailed communication. We received a personal email (not automated) with photos of the exact dryer we would have delivered and information on the delivery. great service from the get go to the end. we had to postpone our renovation and so the gas cooktop we purchased sit at home for 6 months. To cut the story short we had to replace the said cooktop on the day it's installed because it had an issue. Will didn't even probe but offer to replace right away. The second stove (brand new) we received has a burner that didn't work,again we were offered replacement. But when we decline and just want it serviced, Will arrange that straight away. We had a professional agent who came to fix the problem within 24 hours. Can't be happier. This company is part of Winning Appliance and the service we get is 5 stars all the way.
