Home Migration was able to provide the advise we need it and it were able to manage with efficiency our case leading us to a positive result. I'd previously engaged a private immigration agent to act on my behalf, but due to a change in my circumstances, I needed to change visas. The process was quite complex, and my previous agent was unsuccessful. Faced with the prospect of losing my ability to stay in Australia, a friend who had recently obtained his permanent residency recommended Adam and Home Migration Services. My initial consultation was free of charge, and left me with the confidence that I had a pathway to move forward.

The process was not cheap, but the outcome speaks for itself. HMS was incredibly responsive and demonstrated an intimate knowledge and understanding of the nuances of the Australian immigration system. The were able to assist me in obtaining the proper VETASSESS designation, and took me through the full process of the skill assessment, visa application submission, and helped me to obtain my permanent residency. The process is generally going to be difficult and stressful, but HMS was very open with their communication, and I was always able to speak to my case officer within HMS whenever I had questions. Though there's never any real certainty when it comes to immigration, I would highly recommend working with HMS, particularly if your case is complex or if you're looking for as much peace of mind as possible. The waiting was no fun, but I can rather confidently say I wouldn't be living in Australia if it weren't for Adam, Cindy and the rest of the staff at HMS.

No knowledge and no expertise in simple client's application. Simply charges clients for monkey job. Anyone with basic knowledge could submit an application and predict the outcome based on facts available but they can't unfortunately. Just wasting people's time and money.
