Massage Therapy /Doula Service

Home of the White Dog is a holistic center for body, mind and spirit run by Jill Bruneau.
Jill, a massage therapist of over 25 years experience, is extensively trained in Biomechanics, Remedial, Pregnancy (with pregnancy table), Post-operative, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports massage. She operates her clinic of massage therapy from Mondays to Saturdays. She is also a Doula (birth supporter) with 15 years experience and is available for consultations.
The Mental Health Association of NSW is holding a 12 week Self-Help Group for those suffering from anxiety. The next course is starting in July and will be run on Tuesday evenings. Time to be announced.
Also beginning in July is the Peace Education Program, a 10 week course on inner peace. This will run on Monday evenings. Time to be announced.
