HAD TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR RATING BUT WOULD GIVE THEM MINUS STAR RATING

Completely agree with other reviewers, definitely regret buying from here, and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
Bought a car and after much miscommunication (omission) of details had to pay extra for extended warranty.
Had problem with car, called Alex Meti (two faced and untrustworthy) he told me the repairs were not covered under dealer 3 month warranty, so I paid for repairs.
2 months later had more problems called Alex again (and again not covered) called extended warranty, but no warranty lodged. Again pay for repairs.
Visit car yard and speak to Alex face to face (now says repairs would be covered) I ask to why warranty not lodged as this is not acceptable after such a long time He calls owner Mark (a perpetual liar) who says he will pay half of the repair costs.

Fast forward 2 months and both Alex and Mark ignore my calls, and emails.
