Pathetic customer service response for purchasing a new car and negotiating a deal. Mistake is falling for it and purchasing a Honda.

Today I contacted Honda about the replacement airbags used for my Honda Accord. The dealership who did the replacement could not tell me what brand airbag was used so called Honda Australia and Ben advised me that he could not supply me the brand and would not find the information and send it to me. He would not allow me to speak to a supervisor. As they are still using Takata airbags, which according to the news, are still problematical, should they not advise us what brand they used?

We bought a brand new Honda civic in 2008 from a Honda dealer in Home bush(Suttons Home bush Honda). Recently we noticed water leakage from roof near passenger seat whenever it rains. we took the car to the same dealership where we bought the car. They kept the car for one week and said Honda doesn't want to fix the issue and asked us to pick the car. when we went to pick the car there was a big scratch more than 1 meter long on one side of the car. They didn't even notify this to us and just tried to handed over to us. we noticed the scratch before getting into car and raised it with them, then they agreed to fix the issue in 2 days but kept the car for another 2 weeks. During this 2 weeks time, we tried to call many times to find about the status of the fix, but they never bothered to return a call. Finally we got our car with the scratch fix but the original issue still wasn't resolved. we suffered for 3 weeks without a car and no answer to the leakage issue. Very disappointed with the customer service. Previously, I recommended my friends to buy Honda car from this Dealership(Suttons Homebush Honda), but now I don't want to recommend any of my family or friends to buy Honda . In just 8 and 1/2 years the roof started leaking. very frustrated
