I was soooooo disappointed. My husband and I got a gift voucher for a couples massage. Bed was so uncomfortable and cheap, massage wasnt great. She didn’t cover my body while she is massageing my legs so I was so cold. plus, she used cold wet towels to wipe my body. I couldn’t relax at all.
We had the same room and I asked my therapist to do a bit stronger pressure. Then the other therapist said “Swedish massage is light pressure”... This voucher didn’t have any detail on it. So we didn’t know how long or what kind of massage we were having. And they didn’t give us any information, even they didn’t give us any forms, They didn’t ask about our body conditions or allergy or anything !!! And when we left, lady at the reception was super rude to ask us that “did you pay?” In such a rude tone....
When I booked on the phone, I told the receptionist that we got a voucher and voucher number as well. So I thought they knew about it. I couldn’t believe how bad the experience was from start to finish!
