The result is a lot of renting, moving around and long commute times. HOPE Housing seeks to address this challenge of housing affordability with a commercial solution. We become a silent partner to essential service workers by providing shared equity for their home purchase. When the home is sold, our fund receives a proportional share of the sales proceeds, which is then returned to our investors.
