Receptionists are very professional other doctors are fine too.But the attitude of Doctor Richard Chang is what puts me off, not appropriate at all he makes you feel you are wasting his time. Doesn't check you well even you have fever that's almost a week his overall check up lasted not even 2 minutes! Why oh why you don't care for patients... Please put yourself in the shoes of sick people. He would make you feel like you are a rubbish infront of him. Complete disappointment... just please change your attitude towards patients.

I made an appointment online so didn't have to wait long to see the GP. The doctor is very friendly and understanding and there are many doctors that are multilingual.

Just had a check up from Dr Mazurek only to be personally attacked on my choice of study where he provided not only false, but extremely insulting opinions, slandering my choice, hinting upon misogyny at the same time. On top of that he refused to listen to what I had to say about my health and failed to provide me with any further medical advice except for a blood test. Receptionists were lovely however I will not be returning.

I love this medical centre. It's normally easy to get an appointment within reasonable time, but even as a walk-in the wait is often ok. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the doctors are great. It is also convenient to have so many services available at the same centre.

Ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Went in for a check up as I was getting painful head aches(ice pick headaches) apparently. Got the third degree from a male doctor with regards to why I went to this surgery, And not the surgery I had gone to previously. Felt like I was being accused of something, like searching for a doctors certificate or doctor shopping, Which I was not. He was quite aggressive and seemed he wasn't really interested in my well being. The reason I started going to this surgery was from a previous visit to the surgery where a very pleasant lady doctor suggested I came to this one. All I wanted was a quick check up for my reoccurring headache and left feeling pretty upset and feeling worse which is pretty ironic. He made the point he doesn't know my history so how can he diagnose me, which Is a valid point. I just think he made my visit very awkward and uncomfortable.

We are very disappointed with the professionallismshown to us. We wanted to get a simple procedure done and called ahead to make an appointment and ensure they could do it. Unfortunately those we called assured us they could do it but didn't check with the nurse. On our first appointment the doctor said to wait a few more days and come back a few days later. We came back for a second appointment and were told that they couldn't help us and advised us to go to hospital. Firstly we feel they could have told us when we first called so we didn't waste time coming for two appointments. Secondly instead of advising us to go hospital they could have told us to go to another medical centre. We ended up going to another medical centre in Hornsby.

It is a fantastic Centre. Special thank you for Dr. Peter Ulrick. He saved my life!

The regular doctors that are there Monday to Friday are great. The Saturday & Sunday doctors are terrible - they have no idea and I don't think they were trained in Australia. I asked them about some vaccinations for my child and they hadn't even heard of it! That's crazy.

Dr Darvas (Mon - Fri) is fantastic for kids and Dr Ulrich is also good for whole family. Would not recommend the weekend doctors unless you know what you have and just need a script.

Absolutely best medical centre I have ever been to!! Doctors and nurses are so caring and informative., reception staff are lovely and welcoming too.

i would say i left this place so confused! , I'm pregnant and wanted to know what to do...a particular doctor (a woman) said nothing about what i should do next for half an hour, i was told to do one thing, I'd ask again to confirm i was told the opposite- she rushed me out the door, to meet the lady who gives the needles ( for my first child) she was extremely sarcastic, laughed and told another patient i was " funny" when i was reading up on what her needles were for, cut me off in everything i tried to explain, asked me to stay for 10mins after so she could check the baby for any bad signs from needles- i waited almost 20mins watching her snatch sheets from customers hands and have them try and explain what they wanted done- only to cut them off and ask the next person. after everyone was out she looked at me blankly and asked "if I'm done?" i said "yes..." so she replied, saying "okay. good. then go? " and walked back into the room! I'm still confused what to do!
