I did my 1km/1 month service for my new civic here. All they did is to carry out some visual inspections, and fix dash noise issue, and they break my front sensors. It kept beeping and giving false warning at low speed.

I had to brought the car back for another inspection. Some random gay drove it into the far corner in the workshop and out to the road for a good 20 minutes. After that, manager told me they could not replicate the issue, and told me to “ try my luck”??? I whined him a clip of the video recorded with sensor beeping like crazy, and he replied “I have no idea”...

I figure they must have done something wrong with the inbuilt computer, left it on test/repair mode maybe. And when we brought the car back, just drove the car to a corner in the workshop out of my sight, resetted the sensor setting to low sensitive and pretended nothing happened and lied right to my face!

I have video and audio for the whole process as proof.

Do u want a service Centre to mass up your car and lie to you right in your face? I’m lucky to walk away without any surcharge this time, if you are not lucky enough, you might have to drive back home with tones of extra items on your service bill. !!!

THEY LIE ONECE, THEY WILL LIE AFAIN!
When they lie about the conditions of your vehicle, guess what will happen?

Got my car services here, really a good team. They were happy to accommodate me for any available time slot and the service manager was very courteous and informative.

Bit pricey but good service

Had a fine experience when I took my car for air bag replacement... The was returned on time...

I bought a used car from this dealer yesterday. I liked the friendliness of the staff and the way they explained about it.

Sent my car there for service, when I went back to pickup my car, it took them 20 mins to locate my car, then I realised they lost all the paperwork so they had to get a junior to find my car. they then printed out another copy and said everything have been done. No apologies no explanation whatsoever.

Love Damien! And Hondas. Have owned a civic for years and love it!!

Checked out the new Civic Hatch for my daughter at Hornsby Honda. Not ready to buy. The sales team were friendly and welcoming and the car is brilliant heaps of technology and she now wants one! Thanks guys.

Service department is poor and not good value. My first experience was to get a service on my CRV. As I work near Blacktown but live near Hornsby, I phoned both dealers to get a price on the service. Blacktown was significantly cheaper. My next poor experience at Hornsby was trying to get a re-call matter fixed. They would not do it on a Saturday morning. Their attitude was typical of the unhelpful, unfriendly way the Hornsby service dept operates. My advice - it is worth making the trip to Honda at Blacktown.
