Unfortunately I just saw these other reviews now. I noticed a bad attitude when dropping my watch off, but thought they where having a bad day. My watch has come back scratched. In addition, rude comments thrown at me when I asked for my 12 month warranty card. No basic customer service or reasonableness. Based on the behavior I have seen I doubt they would fulfill any warranty if a problem arises.
Rude, intolerant old woman who served us, having dealt with her at a previous jewellery store she worked in, nothing has changed. She should have retired years ago. Gives the business a bad name. Would never return.
