Hot Water Sydney

It is hard to find a good tradesman like Mark. His attention to detail was fantastic and work was done to a very high standard, he also cleaned up when he was finished which was great. We cannot be happier with our new hot water system, thank you so much :)

Hot Water Sydney replaced a very old wall mounted instant gas heater in my high-rise apartment. The technician was top notch and was able to complete the work within hours of providing the quote. There was a problem the next day that turned out to be caused by the local gas connection but Hot Water Sydney came back and rectified for me at no cost. I would recommend this team based on their professionalism and helpful attitude to anyone.

We were extremely lucky that Barney was able to come out and give us a free onsite quote. Barney described the work he and his team would perform and the alternatives I had. Their office was highly communicative as to when the team will be onsite which made things stress free. Once they were onsite, two hours later, I had the old water tank taken away, new system installed and hot water running out of all the taps - plus a weather proof double GPO which, as Barney said, leaves one socket free for Christmas lighting. The first thing I noticed was the towel Mark placed on the floor to put his tools on!! Wonderful service. Was not an easy job but Mark went above and beyond to install the hot water service in a very tight spot. Incredibly clean, fastidious, and very quick service. Highly recommended.
