This store deserves no stars , but I give 3 stars only because of the great service I received from Janita, who was helpful and pleasant. The Manager on the other hand deserves no stars for her unapproachable manner, sour face and rude manner in responding to a question I asked.

Very disappointed price of a poaching pan was 60% more than the House web site their reply was that they are an individual ? .

As mentioned Penrith is independently franchised and therefore independently priced. We have no control at Head Office over the prices that the store sets. They are free to price however they see fit. The prices that you see on the website are recommended retail prices only. Kind Regards.
