7.7.18 HOP Catering...Thank u Olivia for the Trust...Cheers🍷🥂

Last week catering 7.7.18 . Thank u tita Julieta Witts for choosing HOP & trusting us to cater ur special event.

In-House Event.. Thank u mommy Monette Alapan for trusting HOP to cater ur son’s birthday & Christening..

Blesses Sunday all. HOP is hosting an In-house event ( Christening.) today at lunch time. 12-2pm lunch ...CLOSED
We will be OPEN Dinner for our Buffet All U Can EAt...

Gorgeous dinner with my Eating Club...our first proper emersion into Filopino food... it was delish... literally rolled out of there.

The all you can eat buffet for $20 is crazy cheap :)

Savoury highlights were the Chicken and Pork sticky bbq skewers (mmmmmmm); and the ham/spam spaghetti carbonara....

Sweet highlights were the sweet yam cake squares and the leche flan... had like 3 serves of those.... mannnnn....

Gotta buy some of that flan for my mum next time we go back (which we will).



To top it off the staff were soooooooooo lovely.... solid gold.
