AKA "The Parc" and "Ninja Parc" good prices for court hire ($6.50/P/hr) and staff are leanient

Friendly staff, plenty of space and equipment, with clean bathrooms and sauna. Plus a new massive ninja training area. Love my personal training sessions here in the functional training area.

Range of group classes offered at varying times and a good mixture of workout options with near new equipment.

Best gym in town from my experience. Good variety, and quality of equipment. Bumper plates, lifting platforms, and power racks are a welcome addition.

Recent renovations have added alot to its appeal.

Only 2 of 6 treadmills on the 1st floor work- and this has been the case for weeks. Not a real health club with serious service.

From indoor sports to ninja warrior park...

Average facilities, toilets are dirty and generally messy. Staff have their days, some friendly some, not so much. There isn't much comparison in the local area so it is fun to have a kick down their with some mates. Overpriced 'canteen' and you're also better off bringing your own equipment.
