Hoyts Warringah Mall

Every time I’ve been here there’s 6 or 7 staff members just standing around on a Friday night while the place is empty. And more often than not they’re grumpy too.

Chatswood has better facilities.

Usually a good experience but when I asked for the ingredients of the popcorn (bc I'm severely allergic to dairy) the staff member was useless and borderline rude.

Called 3 times trying to book a children's party. Messages to manager were never returned. Cinemas themselves badly in need of refurbishment.

I used to think highly of hoyts WM but it seems to have gone down hill. The cinema was very very dirty with parts of broken seats in the aisles and food on the seats. Even the main foyer area was dirty with food on the floor. How did any of the staff not notice this, it's right in front of them. Maybe instead of the staff trying to sell you overpriced popcorn and Coke at 4 opportunities before you got into the movie and instead got them to clean up, things would be better. I understand Hoyts must have done some kind of return on investment analysis of units sold vs sell price for their candy bar items...but surely if they sold these items at the same price or a tiny bit more than Coles they would make heaps more money. At the moment there's just all these poor kids standing around looking bored out of their minds trying to sell you stuff. I even feel bad for them, maybe this is Hoyts strategy to buy things.

Decent mall but there was this one guy that was like "nah" when I asked if he liked this mall and I guess he's right idk

Fine cinema that plays a lot of smaller, limited-release films. The queues can be quite long but in that case I use the machine. Friendly staff, nice seats, pretty clean.

Has Daytona 2, which is pretty rare.

One of the worst cinema complexes. Warringah mall is fantastic after the redevelopment and Hoyts doesn't cut it. Beside the insane pricing of tickets and candy bar the facilities are a joke. Not uncommon to be swatting insects while trying to enjoy a movie. The only redeeming feature is the lack of people here makes for a sparsely filled cinema so you can sit anywhere. The Mall really needs to give Hoyts a kick in the arse to fix this place up. Needs a huge refurb.

I've been attending this cinema since i was 12 years old and i am now 40.I took my son here today and the seats in the bottom section are the same seats i sat on 28 years ago??
So gross...come on Hoyts im sure for the $47 i spent on tickets & $28 for a 2 drink combo with popcorn we could get some new seats to sit on?
Plus i was charged $2 dollars for 3D glasses...Hoyts Chatswood gives them for free.
I could feel some sort of lice biting me as i watched my movie in the freezing aircon on the 28 year old seats.

Run by children which is pretty typical of chain cinemas these days. Needs better management.

The theatre was so cold my kids were blue. People don't need to come to theatres these days. At The very least it should be comfortable. At the end the toilet stall I was in was out of toilet paper which I only noticed after I was done.

Don't go to cinema 3. Only the back 1/3 is comfortable .....unless you want a sore neck

Won't be going back here. Gave it a good chance also. Last time the Cinema SCREEN WASN'T IN FOCUS!! Had to keep adjusting my eyes not to go crossed eyed, and ruining a movie I wanted to watch in proper Hd. On top of that the place smelt like MOLDY OLD CARPET. The only thing this hole has going for it is that it's local. Sort it out Hoyt's seriously. It's making the new mall look bad
